02 Overview
Available with 100pf or 1000pf capacitance, the filtered DB9 connector supports DC and low-frequency power, audio, or control signals, including RS-232/485. Specify the filter value with the order based on the required tradeoff between data rate and isolation. It is not for high-speed USB, Ethernet, or HDMI; use the purpose-built JRE filtered interface for those connections.
