Last updated: September 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how JRE Test, LLC ("JRE Test," "we," "us") collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use jretest.com. It applies to this website only.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you send an inquiry through our contact form, we ask for your email address; everything else is optional: your name, company or organization, phone number, model numbers, shipping destination, a message, a few tick-boxes about the device's connections, whether it is tested over the air or cabled, its rough size, and one photo. The inquiry is emailed to JRE's engineers; a photo is only ever emailed, and the website never keeps a copy. Where a database is attached to the site (it is not on the live site today; it is on the preview), we keep a short record containing the date, the text you sent (never the photo), and the network address it came from, so a request is not lost if an email fails and to limit abuse of the form. Submissions refused for size, format, or rate limiting are not recorded; submissions caught by the spam checks are recorded and not sent, and if you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server log data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) for security and reliability. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used; see our Cookie Policy for details.

We do not have user accounts, a shopping cart, or online payments, so we never collect passwords or payment-card information through this site.

How we use information

• To answer your inquiry and recommend a configuration;
• To prepare quotes and process orders (quoting is handled by our sales team at sales@jretest.com);
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

When we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you — for example, our email provider, our website host, our database provider, and Google Analytics — and only as needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Data retention

We keep inquiry records and correspondence for as long as needed to support our business relationship with you and to meet legal or recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us to delete yours at any time (see Your choices). Analytics data is retained according to Google's settings.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
