DC and low-frequency power, audio, and control connections such as RS-232/485 can pass through this capacitance-filtered DB25 connector. The order must specify either 100 pF or 1000 pF, since filter value trades data rate against isolation. It is not for high-speed USB, Ethernet, or HDMI; use the purpose-built JRE filtered interface for those connections.
