What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let a site remember information about your visit, such as your preferences or how you use the site.
How we use cookies
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site — which pages are read, how people navigate, and where we can improve. Google Analytics sets cookies (for example, _ga) that help distinguish visitors and sessions; IP addresses are anonymized. This data is aggregated and used to improve the site.
What we don't do. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell cookie data. Because the site has no accounts, cart, or checkout, we do not set login or payment cookies.
Browser local storage
Two features keep small amounts of data in your browser's local storage rather than in cookies. The quote list remembers the products you add while you assemble a quote request; it stays on your device and reaches us only if you submit the inquiry form. The site editing tool stores a session only for authorized JRE staff who sign in to edit page content; it does nothing for ordinary visitors. Clearing your browser's site data removes both.
Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you block cookies entirely. To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, you can install Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the site.
